My son is allergic to nuts so this is a great way to add some protein (from the chia & hemp seeds) to a very tasty cookie. These cookies are a favourite amongst my son's University Track and Field team. The multigrain flour adds a nice crunch to them. Add chocolate chips, raisins or cranberries for extra flavour.
